FINALLY we have another episode released! After countless days of searching, we find Woods passed out beside an old tree stump. We can only guess as to what he was doing, but I am pretty sure it had something to do with Moonjuice. This episode is all about the homosexuals and Wood's view on the subject. Watch it below or click HERE to watch it directly on YouTube.

The Red Corner: Colin MacDonald
Hey everybody! Derrek here!
Red Matter will be doing a series of short interviews called "the Red Corner" introducing Halifax to its local talents. My first one was with local filmmaker and close friend Colin MacDonald. You can check the interview here:
If you know any other Halifax talents that need some exposure and love, let us know and we'll try and get them into "the Red Corner"!

Woods O'Neil on Porn
Lets see if I can remember how to do this...been half a year since I posted anything. Anyway, after the last episode Woods managed to evade our crack investigative film crew team (me) for quite a while. We (I) finally tracked him down at this house in Halifax. He didn't seem too annoyed that we had found him, and in fact offered to give us a bit more of his life knowledge to share with everyone. This time it's on the sticky subject of porn. Enjoy. What wood Wood's say - Episode 2
When we last left Woods O'Neil he was passed out in some bushes with a lovely bottle of Moon Juice. We caught up with Woods again in his shack out in Belmont Nova Scotia and this time Woods has another serious topic he would like to rant...err talk about. You can always count on Woods to have an opinion and this episode is no exception. Woods also commands you to go check out Luke James' latest interview!

Woods O'Neil episode 1
It has been a while since our last video update. Here is the start of a new series called "What Wood Woods Say". Join Woods O'Neil as he rants on about issues important to him, you may be amazed, you may be offended; either way Woods doesn't care.

Chemical Reality April Fools!
April Fools!
Yeah, yeah I know, pretty stupid to make an April Fool's Episode, but we felt like it. The real Chemical Reality Episode 8 will hopefully start filming fairly soon. We hope some of you enjoyed the very quickly put together Joke episode.

Grisky!
Two videos in less then a week? Yeah I know, It's pretty crazy.
This is the second Tastewells Farms product to be featured on our site, and I must say it's a good one (can I still say that if I don't actually drink?). Anyway, Grisky is an amazing combination of flavors for your mouth to enjoy and may even help other parts of your body as well. Which you ask? Watch the ad to find out more!

New Forum!
Red Matter has done it again! This time, we bring to you a new forum: Local Scene/Atlantic Canada! This forum is designed for people - mainly but not limited to Atlantic Canadians - to network with others, showcase their creations, and discuss matters of arts, entertainment, talent, and anything of local importance. We hope that this will help local talent get their work out there, as well as network with others. The amount of talent in Atlantic Canada is dumbfounding, and so I think it's time to really get more of it out and about!
There will also be local album reviews posted. Any local musicians - of any genre - who are looking to get their work reviewed can contact us. For now, I give to you my first LJ Deluxe styled review - The Backpackers Union - Keys To The Studio!

Johnny Sing
Hey hey, Red Matter has a treat for everyone out there tonight, one of our members (BJ) was over at my place and he recorded a demo track of one of his songs. We are actively working on getting quality recordings of his music so he can release them but think of this as a teaser, just to get your feet wet. The song's name is Johnny Sing, enjoy.
